Siemens is now expanding its washer dryer in the iQ500 class, since the desire for more space and freedom of movement in your own four walls has risen again most recently since the lockdown. According to a recent survey, 70% of Germans want home appliances that don’t need much space, among city dwellers the figure is even 78%. Washer dryers are a real problem solver for them, giving them both space and convenience.
The iQ500 washer dryers from Siemens are combination appliances that make no compromises. The new WD14U512, for example, combines a fully-featured 10 kilo washing machine with a likewise fully-featured 6 kilo dryer. With its expressive black porthole, it also impresses with its stylish appearance.

Alongside space, the iQ500 also mainly saves time, since it washes and dries up to six kilograms of laundry in one go, without any manual intervention required in between. Anyone who’s especially in a hurry can additionally speed up the entire process with the Wash & Dry 60-minute program. Simply load the dirty laundry in the machine and, after an hour, you can store it clean and dry in the closet.

The washer dryer also leaves nothing to be desired compared with two separate appliances when it comes to the range of programs and options. The outdoor/impregnation program is made for everyone who enjoys exercising in the fresh air. It re-impregnates waterproof functional clothing for fewer trips to the dry cleaners.
